Placing an Order
Option A - Ordering Online
This is the most efficient way of ordering since it minimizes the time required to process your order. You may submit an order online using this site by following the link and instructions below:
Step 1. Search for your drugs (using the search box found on the link below)
Step 2. Once you have found your drug(s), add them to your shopping cart.
Step 3. Click on the "Checkout" button and complete the checkout process.
Step 4. Fax or mail in a copy of your original prescription.

Option B - Fax or Mail in your Order
You may submit an order by fax or mail by following the instructions below:
Step 1. Print out and complete the customer agreement form and the patient profile form.
Step 2. Mail or fax these two documents (along with a copy of your original prescription) to the address specified on these forms.

If you are a new customer ordering prescription drugs from us for the first time. - Form B Existing Customer New Order
If you are an existing customer order drugs under a newly issued prescription.
This form is also used for replacement prescriptions. A replacement prescription is a
newly issued prescription for a drug previously ordered (no change in strength or dosage). - Form C Existing Customer Refill Order
If you would like to reorder/refill a drug that you ordered from us previously under an existing prescription.
